纯棉集聚纺针织纱的生产实践

摘　　要：为了提高集聚纺针织纱的质量指标并节省设备投入,从配棉、分梳、工艺参数及新型器材应用四个方面分析了生产纯棉集聚纺针织纱应注意的环节及针织纱生产中的共性特点和突出的个性问题及控制方法。指出:合理配棉是稳定集聚纺针织纱质量的基础,加强分梳是纺好纱的关键,优化工艺参数是纺好纱的重要手段,应用新型器材是提高纱质量的主要途径;只要企业根据自身的原料、设备特点,及时调整上车工艺设置和器材配置,就一定会生产出令客户满意的优质原纱。In oder to increase the quality of the compact spun yarn for knitting process with lower equipment investment,starting with the four aspects including cotton assorting,carding,process parameter and the new accessories,analysis is done to the key sectors producing cotton yarn for knitting process as well as the common features of the knitting yarn as well as the special problems and the solution thereof.Conclusion is made that proper cotton assorting is the groundwork stablizing the quality of the knitting yarn,reinforced carding is key to the quality of the knitting yarn;optimization of the process is important for quality knitting yarn,application of new accessories is an important approach into quality yarn.Only in agreement with the material itself,equipments,instant adjustment of the process and accessories,can the enterprise produce quality yarn that satisfies the customer.
