摘　　要：在分析影响粮食生产与粮食安全的3个主要因素(耕地面积、粮播比例和粮食单产)和耕地非农化对粮食生产的影响基础上,提出了定量综合度量耕地非农化对粮食安全影响的指标——耕地非农化对粮食安全的影响度(IDfs),并探索和建立了其简便、实用、科学的测算方法,为推进该领域的深入研究奠定了基础。Based on the analysis of three main factors affecting grain production and food security （ farmland area,food crops sowing area ratio and grain yield per hectare of farmland）and the impact of farmland＂ non-agricuhuralization on grain production,this paper put forward quantitative indicator for measuring the impact of farmland＂ non-agriculturatization on food security, that called ＇ Impact degree of farmland＂ non-agriculturalization on food security＇ （referred to as IDfa） ,explored and established its simple ,practical and scientific calculation method.The research laid a necessary foundation for promoting in-depth study in this field.
