摘　　要：目的探讨具有肝脾肿大体征的急性期布鲁杆菌病患者的治疗方法。方法对2009～2010年就诊的急性期布鲁杆菌病患者进行肝脾B超检查,对肝脾肿大体征患者采用中西医结合的办法进行治疗。结果上述急性期布鲁杆菌病患者中有120例具有肝脾肿大体征,经中西医结合治疗后疗效显著。结论采用中西医结合治疗的方法,治疗具有肝脾肿大体征的急性期布鲁杆菌病患者取得了满意疗效,可以临床应用。Objective The objective of this work is to develop a method to cure acute brucellosis with hepatosplenomegaly symp- tom. Methods To detect acute brucellosis patients by B - uhrasomotonography from 2009 to 2010,and cure brucellosis patients with hepatosplenomegaly symptom by combination of chinese traditional and western medicine. Results 120 brucellosis patients with hepatosplenomegaly symptom have evident effect by combination of chinese traditional and western medicine. Conclusions The results show that the method is evident effect for acute brucellosis with hepatosplenomegaly symptom by combination of chi- nese traditional and western medicine
