摘　　要：目的探索心理干预对HIV感染者CD4+T淋巴细胞数量的影响,通过心理干预提高HIV/AIDS患者的生存质量,延缓发病。方法使用16种人格因素问卷、应对方式量表和症状自评量表(symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)对入组的HIV/AIDS患者进行心理评测,制定试验组的心理干预措施,检测CD4+T淋巴细胞数量指标。对完成本次研究的436例(干预组229例,对照组207例)心理干预前后的CD4+T淋巴细胞数量变化情况进行统计分析,找出心理干预与CD4+T淋巴细胞数量变化的关系。结果干预组的脱落人数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),经治疗后干预组CD4+T淋巴细胞数量的提升率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可以提高HIV/AIDS患者的治疗依从性,并延缓CD4+T淋巴细胞数量下降的速度。Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on the number of CD4^＋ T lymphocytes in HIV/AIDS patients so as to improve quality of life in HIV/AIDS patients and delay the onset of the disease through psychological interven-tion.Methods Psychological evaluation was made on enrolled HIV/AIDS patients using 16 personality factor questionnaire,coping style scale and symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）,and then psychological intervention measures were formulated for the psychological intervention group.The number of CD4^＋ T lymphocytes was detected and the variation of the number of CD4^＋ T lymphocytes in 436 patients（229 in psychological intervention group and 207 in control group） before and after psychological intervention was analyzed to find out the relationship between psychological intervention and the variation of the number of CD4^＋ T lymphocytes.Results The number of the patients who fell off in psychological intervention group was obviously less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After psychological intervention,the number of CD4^＋ T lymphocytes in psychological intervention group increased greatly than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Psychological intervention can improve the treatment adherence in HIV/AIDS patients and delay the decline in the number of CD4^＋ T lymphocytes.
