超声心动图新技术对高血压病左室舒张功能异常中西医结合治疗的观察

摘　　要：目的:应用超声心动图新技术评价高血压患者左心室舒张功能异常的中西医结合治疗疗效。方法:应用超声心动图新技术分别测量30例中西医结合治疗组及30例西药治疗组的高血压左室舒张功能异常患者治疗前后的左心室舒张功能。结果:实时三维超声心动图(RT-3DE)及定量组织速度成像(QTVI)测得中西医结合治疗组左室舒张功能指标治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中西医结合治疗组与西药治疗组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声心动图新技术能评价高血压病舒张功能异常的治疗效果,中西医结合治疗疗效优于西药疗效。Objective： Observing the effect of treating the patients with left ventricular hypertrophy of diastolic dysfunction by Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment by the novel echocardiography. Methods： Thirty patients with left ventricular hypertrophy of diastolic dysfunction by Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and thirty patients with left ventricular hypertrophy of diastolic dysfunction by Western medicine treatment were observed by the novel echocardiography. Results： There were difference on the patients with left ventricular hypertrophy of diastolic function by Inte- grated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment before and after observed by the novel echocardiography （P^O. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is more advantage than the Western medicine. New echocardiography can observe the effect of treatment the left ventricular diastolic dysfunction.
