点阵式Er:YAG激光治疗面部毛孔粗大的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗面部毛孔粗大的有效性和安全性。方法采用点阵式2 940 nm Er∶YAG像素激光治疗52例面部毛孔粗大患者,光斑面积11 mm×11 mm,选择81点(9×9)光斑,中脉宽(1.5 ms),能量800～1 000 mJ,治疗区域定点连续发射3～4个脉冲,治疗3～5次为一个疗程,每次治疗间隔4周。结束后随访3个月,应用面部毛孔标准照片评价法对面部毛孔粗大改善程度进行评价,同时评价患者满意率,观察不良反应。结果治疗前与治疗后3个月患者面部毛孔标准照片评分分别为4.23±1.08和2.15±0.92,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),患者满意率90.4%。治疗后疼痛轻微、红斑、肿胀消退快,无一例发生皮肤永久性色素沉着、色素减退及瘢痕形成。结论点阵式Er∶YAG激光治疗面部毛孔粗大疗效显著,无严重不良反应,是一种较理想的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ablative fractionated erbium ： yttrium aluminum garnet （ Er ： YAG） laser in the treat- ment of enlarged facial pores. Methods Fifty-two individuals with enlarged facial pores were treated with the 2 940 nm Er ： YAG Pixel laser for 3 to 5 sessions at an interval of 4 weeks. The facula was selected 81 （9 × 9） bits, the pulse duration at medium（ 1.5 ms）, energy at 800 to 1 000 mJ and number of stacking passes 3 to 4. Follow-up 3 months, the clinical improvement was evaluated according to the method of a photograph- ic scale for grading widening of pores. Meanwhile, the satisfaction rate and side effects were evaluated. Results After treatment, the improvement in the appearances of facial pores was significantly different （ P 〈 0.05）. The patients satis- faction rate was 90. 4%. Adverse events were limited to transient pain, redness, erythema and edema. No permanent hyperpigmenta- tion, hypopigmentation or scar was observed. Conclusions Ablative Fractionated Er：YAG laser is an effective treatment modality for shrinking enlarged facial pores with minimal side effects.
