维持性血液透析患者的睡眠与生存质量的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:了解维持性血液透析患者的睡眠质量,分析睡眠质量与生存质量的关系。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,使用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)及一般情况调查表、对我院等七家医院血液透析患者进行调查与分析。结果:有93.2%的患者PSQI总分≥5分,患者在各方面的生存质量较低,睡眠质量各因子得分与生存质量各因子得分均呈负相关,即PSQI得分越低,生存质量越高。结论:维持性透析患者的睡眠质量较差,睡眠质量影响生活质量,提高他们的睡眠质量对治疗和生存都有极为重要的意义。Objective：To investigate the quality of sleep in maintenance hemodialysis patients ,and to explore the relationship between quality of sleep and life. Methods：We used convenience sample method to choose Uremia patients who live on hemodialysis in the first affiliated hospital of sun yat-sen university et al seven hospital as our subjects. A set of questionnaires were used in this investigation, including demographic data form, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, PSQI, Short From 36 Health Survey Questionnaire, SF-36. Results：395 subjects＇（93.2%）PSQI score was above 5. All of the hemodialysis patients had low quality of life. There was a significant correlation between life and sleep quality. Conclusion：Poor sleep is common in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and the quality of sleep could influence the quality of life. To study and improve sleep quality is meaningful for directing and helping hemodialysis patients to rise their health level and life quality.
