摘　　要：近期我厂在锻造一批中型加氢筒节时出现了数件筒节尺寸超差的情况。对出现尺寸问题的筒节形状特点及锻造过程进行分析后,我们进一步优化了工艺。通过修改锻造火次、增加马杠直径解决了这个问题。Recently the product size is over tolerance frequently when we forge medium-sized hydrogenation reaction vessel shell ring in our factory.After analyzing the shape features and forging process of shell rings with size problem,the forging process was optimized further.Through modifying the forging fire times,and increasing the diameter of core shaft,the size problems were solved finally.
