摘　　要：小井眼开窗侧钻水平井作为钻井工程的一项重要技术,不仅解决了无法修复的老井再利用问题,同时也增加了可采储量,提高了整体开发效率,成为各油田开发后期持续稳产的一种有效手段。详细阐述了开窗侧钻的程序、步骤,侧钻位置优选原则、开窗侧钻技术应用中应注意的问题。该项技术在提高大庆油田采收率方面有着良好的应用前景。As an important technology of drilling engineering,slim hole sidetracking horizontal drilling not only has solved the reuse of old well which has already damaged beyond repair,but also enhanced the recoverable reserves,raised integral development efficiency.It has become an effective measure to be continuous dependable crop in the later stage of each oilfield development.This paper has expound the procedure of sidetracking,the optimization principle of sidetracking,the problem ought to be attentive of the sidetracking technology application.The technology has great application prospect in enhancing the recovery ratio of Daqing oilfield.
