摘　　要：锚杆静压桩主要用于沉降过大或地基基础承载力不够的建筑物的基础加固中,断柱顶升法主要用于对已经发生倾斜的建筑物的纠偏中,锚杆静压桩加固及断柱顶升法纠偏目前都分别是各自工程领域比较先进与成熟的施工工艺,而且经常都是同时使用。以某工程为例,详细介绍锚杆静压桩及断柱顶升纠偏法的设计要点及施工经验,为类似工程提供参考。The technology of anchor-pole static-pressure pile mainly solved the problems that foundation settlement was too large and foundation bearing capacity is not enough in foundation-stabilization,and the cut-off pillar and jacking was used to deal with inclination rectification of inclined buildings.The two techniques are of their respective areas of more advanced engineering and sophisticated construction techniques,and often are used simultaneously.Based on an engineering example,detailed their design features and construction experience,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
