螺旋CT在肿瘤性肠梗阻中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT在肿瘤性肠梗阻中的应用价值,为临床诊断和治疗提供重要信息。方法回顾性分析经手术证实的30例肿瘤性肠梗阻患者的资料,比较螺旋CT与X线CR的正确诊断率及螺旋CT与手术病理TNM分期。结果X线CR检查正确诊断16例肠梗阻,占53.33%;CT扫描检查正确诊断28例,占93.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.27,P<0.05);CT诊断与手术病理TNM分期结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT应用于肿瘤性肠梗阻诊断,可以提供更多的信息,提高正确诊断率,对临床治疗具有重要价值。Objective To assess the clinical vaule of spiral CT in patients affected by neoplastic obstruction,to provide important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Spiral CT findings in 30 patients with surgically proven neoplastic obstruction were retrusepctively reviewed,to compare diagnostic accuracy of spiral CT and X-ray of CR,and compare spiral CT and pathologic TNM stage.Results X-ray of CR diagnostic accuracy rate was 53.33%（16 cases）,spiral CT diagnostic accuracy rate was 93.33%（28 cases）,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=12.27,P0.05）.There was no statistically significant diference between diagnosis of spiral CT and pathologic TNM stage,（P0.05）.Conclusion Spiral CT can play an important role in the diagnosis of neoplastic obstruction,and should be suggested as the first choice in diagnosis and treatment of neoplastic obstruction.
