摘　　要：目的建立神痛灵胶囊中青藤碱的含量测定方法.方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定神痛灵胶囊中青藤碱的含量.采用日本Sil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液(55∶45)为流动相,流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长262nm.结果青藤碱在0.243～2.43μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.42%(n=6).结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为神痛灵胶囊的质量控制方法.Objective To establish a determination method of sinomenine in Shentongling Capsules. Methods RP - HPLC method was adopted for the determination of sinomenine in Shentongling Capsules on Japanese Sil C,s column with methanol - phosphate buffer（ 55： 45）as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 262 nm. Results The linear range of sinomenine was 0.243 - 2.43 μg （ r = 0. 999 6 ） , the average recovery was 100.3% and the RSD was 0.42% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Shentongling Capsules.
