摘  要:简要介绍了线性二硝胺含能增塑剂的合成及应用研究进展。这是一类分子中带有2个硝胺基团的氮杂烷烃同系物(DNDAs),熔点低,增塑能力强,感度和化学稳定性均比硝酸酯好,特别是其中的三组元混合增塑剂DNDA57,可用来制备燃烧特性几乎不受环境温度影响的发射药,国外将之称为低燃温系数(LTC)发射药。LTC发射药能量高、燃温低,应用于身管武器中,既减少了对枪管材料的烧蚀,又能充分发挥材料设计潜能,提高弹道性能,使武器更好地适用于复杂的应用环境。The research progress in synthesis and application of linear dinitramine energetic plasticizers is briefly introduced. This is a series of aza alkane analogus (DNDAs) with two nitramine groups, their melting points are low, the plasticization ability is strong, the sensitivity and chemical stability are superior to those of nitric ester, especially among them the ternary mixed plasticizer DNDA57 can be used as raw material for the gun propellant, of which combustion behavior is almost independent on ambient temperature, and it is called low combustion temperature coefficient (LTC) gun propellant. The LTC gun propellant with high energy, low combustion temperature applied in weapons with pipes not only can reduce the ablation of the barrel materials, but also fully develop the designed potential of the materials, and improve the ballistic performance, to make the weapons more suitable to the complex application environment.
