摘　　要：对测试绝缘材料体积电阻率的硬件系统进行了简单介绍,探讨了固体绝缘材料体积电阻率测量的不确定度评定方法。基于测量原理,对测量系统中的主要不确定度因素进行了分析。以聚氨酯垫片为例考察每个因素带来的影响,得出测量结果的扩展不确定度,提出了减小测量不确定度的方法。The hardware systems for measuring volume resistivity of insulation materials are briefly introduced. The uncertainty evaluation method for the volume resistivity measurement of the solid insulation materials is discussed. Based on the test principle, the main uncertainty factors in the measurement system are analyzed. The influence of each factor is investigated using the polyurethane spacer as an example, and the extended uncertainty of measurement result is obtained. The methods for reducing measurement uncertainty are proposed.
