摘　　要：新中国成立60多年以来,我国经济取得了迅猛发展,这与技术进步息息相关。本文按照科技与经济发展过程,将新中国技术进步的历程分成五个阶段。从技术进步的背景、政策、典型特征以及取得成果等方面分析了我国各阶段创新活动,并总结开展自主创新活动所需要的基础要素,为现阶段更好地开展自主创新活动,进而为提升国家核心竞争能力提供建议。The rapid development of China＇s economy has a close relationship with the role of technological advance, especially indigenous innovation. In order to explore the experience of China＇ s technological advance, this paper divides the development history of China＇s technological advance into five stages from the view of science and technology. The paper analyzes the innovation in China from the background, science and technology policy, key areas, and the achievement in each stage. Based on the analysis, the paper puts foward the essential and basic elements for indigenous innovation.
