摘  要:目的研究尖山橙中的生物碱类成分。方法干燥粉碎尖山橙全草用盐酸冷浸,浸液通过强酸型离子树脂后,用氨水碱化,晾干,再用95%乙醇洗脱浓缩得浸膏。应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、Rp-18柱色谱进行分离、纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从尖山橙中分离鉴定了9个生物碱类成分,分别为tabersonine(Ⅰ),11-hydroxytabersonine(Ⅱ),venalstonidine(Ⅲ),pachysiphine(Ⅳ),venalstonine(Ⅴ),scandine(Ⅵ),10-hydroxyscandine(Ⅶ),scandine Nb-oxide(Ⅷ)和5-methoxystrictamine(Ⅸ)。结论 化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅸ为首次从尖山橙中分离鉴定,其中化合物Ⅸ是首次从山橙属植物中分离鉴定。AIM To study the alkaloids in Melodinus fusiformis.METHODS The dried herbs of Melodinus fusiformis were immersed with HCl,after the enchyma passes the strong ion resin,was alkalified with ammonia solution,dried,then eluting with 95% ethanol,condense to gain extraction.Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,Rp-18 Column were used to isolate and purify the constituents,and their structures were identified by spectral analysis and their physical characters.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from Melodinus fusiformis,and identified as tabersonine(Ⅰ),11-hydroxy-tabersonine(Ⅱ),venalstonidine(Ⅲ),pachysiphine(Ⅳ),venalstonine(Ⅴ),scandine(Ⅵ),10-hydroxy-scandine(Ⅶ),scandine Nb-oxide(Ⅷ) and 5-methoxy-strictamine(Ⅸ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅸ are isolated from Melodinus fusiformis for the first time,and compound Ⅸ is isolated from the plants of Melodinus for the first time.
