摘 要:以北京京能热电厂循环冷却系统的再生水补水为试验用水,进行了静态结垢、动态污垢监测及动态模拟试验。结垢产物的XRD分析结果表明,再生水在溶液中和不同材质加热棒上的结垢产物主要是含镁方解石;黄铜换热管内的主要结垢产物是含镁方解石、石英;不锈钢换热管内的主要结垢产物是含镁方解石、石英和磁铁矿。通过XRF分析仪,对各种试验条件下的污垢进行元素全分析,并对各种污垢产生的原因和规律做了分析。In this paper, the water samples were taken from the recycling cooling system of Beijing Jingneng Thermoelectric Plant. The static scaling, dynamic fouling monitor and dynamic simulation tests were performed. The XRD results of fouling indicated that the scaling of reclaimed wastewater in solution and on different material heating bar was mainly composed of calcite; the fouling in brass heat exchange tube mainly of calcite and quartz; in stainless steel heat exchange tube mainly of calcite , quartz and magnetite. The element analysis of fouling forming under all kinds of test condition was performed by XRF and the forming reasons and principles of different fouling were also investigated.
