摘  要:研究目的:通过精细爆破技术和悬臂拼装式多功能台架应用,开发出一种适用于IV、V级石质围岩隧道施工的开挖新工法,以解决软弱围岩隧道开挖掌子面与仰拱等后继工序安全步距保持、进度保障等施工问题。研究结论:基于精细爆破技术和悬臂拼装式多功能台架的隧道微台阶开挖工法,有效地提高了软弱围岩隧道开挖施工效率,为后继工序施工提供了更大的作业空间,缩小了掌子面与仰拱、二衬之间的距离,有利于保障隧道施工安全和进度。Research purposes: With the precise blasting technique and cantileverassembly type multi functional mould frame, a new tunnel excavation process suitable for the tunnels with IV and V class rock has been developped to solve tunneling problems like keeping the safety step distance and ensuring the construction schedule between the excavation of the working face and subsequent processes of building inverted arch during excavation of the tunnel with weak and soft surrounding rock. Research conclusious:Using the , micro bench method based on the precise blasting technique and cantilever -assembly type multi functional mould frame can effectively enhance the excavation efficiency of the tunnel with weak surrounding rock, offer the bigger working space for subsequent processes, shorten the distance between the working face and the inverted arch and the secondary lining, and be beneficial to ensuring the construction safety and schedule.
