摘  要:采用ABAQUS有限元软件,首次建立连铸异型坯凝固三维瞬态有限元传热模型,并利用Fortran语言编写用户子程序施加复杂传热边界条件,根据现有实测工艺参数对连铸异型坯的凝固过程进行三维仿真分析。重点分析异型坯横断面特征点温度的分布规律以及坯壳的增长规律,数值模拟结果与现场试验吻合。为连铸异型坯冷却制度的研究提供更加有效的手段,进而为连铸异型坯三维应力场的研究奠定基础。A three dimensional transient finite element model for heat transfer analysis was set up by using ABAQUS software,and two user subroutines were used to apply the complicated thermal boundary conditions of the model.The thermal boundary conditions were determined based on measured technical parameters in practical production.The temperature distributions and the solidification process of the beam blank continuous casting were numerically investigated.It is shown that the numerically obtained results are consistent well with those observed in tests.The numerical simulation method provides a foundation for the design of the cooling parameters and the analysis on the three dimensional stress field of beam blank continuous casting.
