摘  要:目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定盐酸米多君中的有机溶剂残留量。方法用HP-FFAP毛细管气相色谱柱,FID检测器,以正丙醇为内标进行测定。结果乙醇、乙腈、乙酸的线性范围分别为20~800μg.L-1(r=0.999 9)、1.64~65.6μg.L-1(r=0.999 7)、20~800μg.L-1(r=0.999 5),平均回收率分别为100.2%、99.7%、99.6%,RSD分别为0.74%、1.17%、1.37%(n=9)。结论本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于盐酸米多君中有机溶剂残留量的测定。Objective To develop a gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents in midodrine hydrochloride. Methods The samples were injected into HP-FFAP capillary column and analyzed with FID detector using n-propanol as the internal standard. Results The linear ranges of ethanol, acetonitrile and acetic acid were 20- 800 μg·L^-1 ( r = 0. 999 9 ), 1.64- 65.6μg·L^-1( r = 0. 999 7 ), 20- 800μg·L^-1 ( r = 0. 999 5 ), respectively; the recoveries were 100. 2%, 99.7% and 99.6% with RSD of 0. 74 %, 1.17 % and 1.37 % ( n = 9 ), respectively. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility. It can be used for the determination of the residual organic solvents in midodrine hydrochloride.
