三城市就诊患者对社区卫生服务的知晓与利用情况研究

摘　　要：目的了解合肥市、南京市、西安市就诊患者对社区卫生服务的利用情况以及对公共卫生服务的知晓与利用情况。方法采用出口拦截调查的方法,对合肥市、南京市、西安市三城市社区卫生服务机构的就诊患者进行问卷调查。结果三城市就诊患者对就医机构的选择意愿及卫生服务利用情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三城市就诊患者对公共卫生服务的知晓与利用情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三城市的社区卫生服务机构主要还是以医疗服务为主,机构的公共卫生职能较弱。社区卫生服务机构应加大宣传力度,提高其公共卫生服务的知晓度和可及性。Objective To investigate the outpatients＇ awareness and utilization of the community health services（CHS） and public health services（PHS） in the city of Hefei,Nanjing and Xi＇an.Methods The outpatients were asked to fill out a questionnaire after visiting the CHS organizations in the three cities.Results There were significant differences in the patients＇ choice of medical institution,healthcare service utilization and PHS awareness and utilization in the three cities（P0.05）.Conclusion The CHS in the cities mainly serve as medical institutions while their public health function is underused.The CHS organizations should launch publicity campaigns to bring PHS into the sight and access of the community.
