化痰祛湿行气活血法治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨化痰祛湿行气活血法治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病的效果;方法:将66例患者随机分组,治疗组33例采用盐酸吡格列酮+中药组治疗,对照组33例单用盐酸吡格列酮治疗。结果:两组治疗证候疗效结果比较,治疗组总有效率为96.97%.对照组总有效率为72.73%.两组治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.01)。并且治疗组能显著降低患者的CHOL、TG、LDL水平,升高HDL水平。结论:化痰祛湿行气活血法治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy Dissipating Phlegm and eliminating dampness and promoting Qi and activating blood on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.Methods：66 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatement group has 33 cases,the control group has 33 cases;The treatement group were treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the control group were treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride.Results：The total effective rates reached 96.97%in treatement group and significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）,the level of CHOL、TG、LDL in serum had significantly decreased and HDL had significantly increased after treament.In the control group 72.73%,Conclusions：Dissipating Phlegm and eliminating dampness and promoting Qi and activating blood has more evidente effect on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
