玉消汤治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗33例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨玉消汤治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的效果;方法:将66例患者随机分组,治疗组33例采用盐酸吡格列酮+玉消汤治疗,对照组33例单用盐酸吡格列酮治疗。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为90.91%。对照组总有效率为69.70%。两组治疗效果有显著性差异(P<0.01)。并且治疗组能改善患者FPG、2hpG、HbAIC水平,显著降低患者的CHOL、TG、LDL水平,升高HDL水平。结论:玉消汤治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗有较好疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy OF YuXiao decotion on Type 2 Diabetic Insulin Resistance.Methods：66 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treated group has 33 cases,the control group has 33 cases;The treated group were treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride and YuXiao decoction,the control group were treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride.Results：The total effective rates reached 90.91%in treatment group and significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）,the level of FPG、2hpG、HbAIC were changed,the level of CHOL、TG、LDL in serum had significantly decreased and HDL had significantly increased after treament.in the control group 69.70%,Conclusions：YuXiao decotion has more effect on Type 2 Diabetic Insulin Resistance
