中西医结合治疗56例活动性狼疮性肾炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西结合治疗活动性狼疮性肾炎(LN)的临床疗效。方法:将56例LN患者随机分为2组,对照组予激素加环磷酰胺(CTX)常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上并分阶段辨证配合中药辩证施治。观察并比较2组的临床疗效及药物毒副作用。结果:治疗组总有效率96.4%,与对照组(71.4%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组毒副作用发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西结合治疗活动性LN不仅能提高疗效,还能显著降低西药的毒副作用。Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine in treating active lupus nephritis（LN）.Methods：56 LN patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group tool CTX plus conventional treatment;treatment group took TCM therapy besides according to syndrome differentiation.2 groups were observed and compared with the clinical efficacy and side effects of drugs. Results：The total efficiency of 96.4%,compared with the control group（71.4%）,significant（P0.05）;treatment group,the incidence of side effects was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The integrative medicine can not only improve the efficacy,but also significantly reduce the side effects of western medicine.
