摘 要:目的探讨前列腺素类物质PGs(6-keto-PGF1α、TXB2)与子宫出血量的关系。方法 2008年10月至2010年10月在深圳市福田区妇幼保健院采用放射免疫ELISA法对66例孕妇(其中产后出血38例,非产后出血28例)及28例健康育龄妇女静脉血进行6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)及血栓素(TX)B2水平检测。结果 6-keto-PGF1α水平:产后出血组(727.89±192.17)ng/L明显高于非产后出血组(530.00±212.05)ng/L及健康育龄妇女组(450.00±98.15)ng/L(P<0.01),而非产后出血组与健康育龄妇女组间比较,无统计学意义。TXB2水平:产后出血组(249.47±80.45)ng/L明显低于非产后出血组(342.86±116.44)ng/L,而高于健康育龄妇女组(147.14±110.86)ng/L(P<0.01)。6-keto-PGF1α与TXB2水平无相关性(r=0.076,P=0.76)。结论 6-keto-PGF1α过高表达,、TXB2过低表达可能为产后出血发生的作用机制。前列腺素类物质(6-keto-PGF1α、TXB2)有可能成为产后出血的早期预测指标。Objective To study the relationship between PGs (6-keto-PGF1α .TXB2 ) levels and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Adopted ELISA method to detect the levels of 6-keto- PGF1α and TXB2 in venous blood of 66 pregnant women ( postpartum hemorrhage 38 samples, non-postpartum bleeding 28 samples) and 28 samples of the child- bearing age healthy women in the women and child Health Institute Fntian of Shenzhen between Oct. 2008 and Oct. 2010. ReSults The levels of 6-keto- PGF1α : The levels of 6-keto- PGF1α of the postpartum bleeding group(727.89 ± 192. 17 ) ng/L was statistically higher than the group which was non-postpartum bleeding (530. 00 ± 212. 05 )ng/L and the group of the childbearing age healthy women (450. 00 ± 98. 15 )ng,/L (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; there was no significant differences in the lev- els of 6-keto- PGF1α between the group which was non-postpartum bleeding and the group of the childbearing age healthy women ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The levels of TXB2 : The levels of TXB2 of the postpartum bleeding group ( 249.47 ± 80. 45 ) ng/L was statistically lower than the group which non-postpartum bleeding( 342. 86 ± 116.44 )ng/L (P 〈 0. 05 ), but was sta- tistically higher than the group of thf childbearing age healthy women ( 147. 14 ± 110. 86 ) ng/L( P 〈 0. 01 ). The levels of 6-keto- PGFl^was not correlated with the levels of TXB2 ( r = 0. 076, P = 0.76). Conclusion The higher expression of 6-keto- PGF1α and the lower expression of TXB2 might be one role of postpartum bleeding mechanism. PGs ( 6-keto- pGF1α .TXB2 ) is likely to become the early predictions for postpartum bleeding.
