摘 要:[目的]探讨噁唑酰草胺对苗期水稻药害产生的原因。[方法]通过比较不同施药方法、水稻品种与用药量对秧苗的药害程度来分析其产生的主要因子。[结果]在1200 mL/hm2条件下,2种施药方法药后3、7 d品种间药害均呈显著差异;在2400 mL/hm2条件下,常规法药后3、7 d品种间药害均呈显著差异,弥雾法仅药后3 d呈显著差异;在12000 mL/hm2条件下,不同施药方法、水稻品种对药害均无显著差异。[结论]籼稻药害重于粳稻,在常规用量下,品种敏感性差异是药害产生的主要原因。It was to discuss the reasons of phytotoxicity caused by metamifop on rice seedling.[Methods] The phytotoxicity on rice seeding caused by various spraying methods(conventional spraying,spraying by mist sprayer),rice lines(indica and japonica rice) and dosages(1 200,2 400 and 12 000 mL/ha) were compared to analyse the main factors of phytotoxicity.[Results] The results showed that there were significant differences in phytotoxicity between rice lines as two different spraying methods sprayed with 1 200 mL/ha after 3 and 7 d.With 2400 mL/ha,there were significant differences in phytotoxicity between rice lines as conventional spraying method used after 3 and 7 d,and as spraying by mist sprayer method used after 3 d.Nevertheless,with 12 000 mL/ha no significant difference in phytotoxicity was found between spraying methods or rice lines.[Conclusions] Metamifop has more serious phytotoxicity on indica rice than that on japonica rice.Sensitivity of rice line was the dominant factor of phytotoxicity under conventional dosage.
