摘　　要：信息化建设和发展是教育发展和改革的重要举措,是教育改革发展战略的迫切需要。武警学院要通过信息化的全面建设,不断提高人才培养的综合素质、实践能力,不断提高工作科学化水平,最终达到全面提高人才培养质量和办学水平的目标。The construction and development of informationization is an important measure in the development and education reform, and an urgent need of education reform development stratagem. With fully construction of informa- tionization, Chinese People＇ s Armed Academy is to improve the culturing people＇ s overall quality and practical ability, improve the scientific level of work, achieve the final goal of fully improve the quality of culturing people and school.
