摘　　要：文章利用Malmquist指数分析国际航空运输企业的技术效率并对全要素生产率变化进行分解。文章建立了两个线性规划模型——多投入单产出模型和多投入多产出模型——来计算航空运输企业的技术效率和分解全要素生产率变化,结果表明中国航空公司的技术效率与国际同行业相比仍然具有一定的差距。这主要体现了国内航空公司的经营管理体制僵化,管理方式落后,从而导致管理效率和资源配置效率比较低。The paper analyzes the technical efficiency of international air transport corporations and discomposes the change of Total Factor Productivity through Malmquist index. The paper constructs two linear program models - two inputs - single output and two inputs - two outputs model - to calculate the technical efficiency change and discomposes the change of Total Factor Productivity of air transport corporations, the results show that two inputs - two outputs model is fitter to China air transport corporations, and that China air transport corporations have lower technical efficiency than other airlines in the world. The result reflects that the management regime of domestic airlines is stiffer and management mode drops behind, so as to lead to management efficiency and resource allocation efficiency are lower.
