摘　　要：创业投资是高新技术产业的孵化器和助推器,对于促进现代农业高新技术项目的发展具有积极作用,但是现代农业高新技术创业投资项目具有较高的代理风险。文章首先分析了现代农业高新技术创业投资项目代理风险的产生机理,接着提出了合同治理和关系治理的风险控制手段,有助于降低现代农业高新技术创业投资项目的代理风险。Venture investment is incubators and assistors of high - tech industries. It plays positive roles in promoting the development of modern agri- culture hightech projects. However, modern agricultural high -tech venture investment projects have high agency risks. This paper first analyzes the generating mechanisms of the agency risks of modern agricultural high - tech venture investment projects, and then puts forward the risk control methods of contract governance and relational governance, which helps to reduce the agency risks of modem agricultural high -teeh venture investment projects.
