摘　　要：随着经济全球化的加速发展,服务外包已经成为当今世界许多国家和地区发展经济的战略选择。服务外包中有一个很重要的组成部分即软件外包,目前全球软件行业产值的1/3需通过对外发包的形式来完成。面对全球软件外包业快速增长的发展态势,如何抓住机遇,采取有效措施,促进大连市进一步发展软件外包业的优势,成为目前面临的一个重要而紧迫的课题。With the acceleration of economic globalization,service outsourcing has become a strategic choice of economic development for many countries and regions around the world.An important part of service outsourcing is software outsourcing,and currently 1/3 of the global software output value comes from outsourcing.Faced with the rapid growth of global software outsourcing industry,Dalian needs to grasp opportunity,take effective action,and promote the development of software outsourcing industry.
