摘 要:分别用4种兔艾美耳球虫经口接种45日龄无球虫感染兔,接种剂量为1×104个卵囊/兔。感染后4d~20d,以麦克马斯特氏法计数每天排出的卵囊。结果表明,肠艾美耳球虫排卵量最多,为365.76×106个,中型艾美耳球虫为317.26×106个、黄艾美耳球虫为304.36×106个,大型艾美耳球虫排卵量最少,为200.12×106个。大型艾美耳球虫在感染后第6.5天有卵囊排出,第10.5天达到高峰(66.50×106个/只),占总量的33.23%;肠艾美耳球虫在感染后第9天有卵囊排出,第13天达到高峰(138.40×106个/只),占总量的37.83%;黄艾美耳球虫在感染后第9天有卵囊排出,第11天达到高峰(102.80×106个/只),占总量的33.78%;中型艾美耳球虫在感染后第4.5天有卵囊排出,第6.5天达到高峰(167.8×106个/只),占总量的52.89%。45-day-old free-coccidian rabbits were inoculated with 10 000 oocysts of E.magna,E.intestinalis,E.flavescens,E.media per rabbit respectively.Daily oocyst output was evaluated by McMaster's counting method from 4 to 20 days after inoculation.The results showed that the total oocyst output of E.intestinalis was the highest and it was 365.76×106;those of E.media and E.flavescens were 317.26×106 and 304.36×106 respectively;that of E.magna was the lowest,it was 200.12×106.The first oocysts were detected on day 6.5,9,9,4.5,respectively,after inoculation withE.magna,E.intestinalis,E.flavescens,E.media.The peak of excretion occurred on day 10.5 for E.magna,on day 13 for E.intestinalis,on day 11 for E.flavescens,on day 6.5 for E.media.Oocyst outputs at the peak of excretion were 33.23%,37.83%,33.78% and 52.89% of the total oocyst output for E.magna,E.intestinalis,E.flavescens,E.media,respectively.
