摘　　要：采用Sorona RPTT短纤分别与Modal、Lyocell、棉3种纤维素纤维进行混纺后制成单面氨纶汗布,与相同规格的三种单组分纱制备的氨纶汗布进行服用性能的对比。结果表明,含有一定比例的Sorona RPTT混纺针织面料可以不同程度地改善纤维素纤维面料的手感、尺寸稳定性、起毛起球性、抗紫外线辐射等性能,面料的保温性、透气性和抗静电性能可以达到穿着舒适性要求,为针织内衣面料和中高档休闲针织品的开发提供了新的设计理念和思路。This paper develops three kinds of plain polyurethane fabrics by using three kinds of blended yarns,i.e.,Sorona PTT/Modal,Sorona PTT/Lyocell and SoronaR PTT/cotton,then compares the wearing properties with fabrics knitted with only Modal,Lyocell and cotton.The experimental results show that the blended knitted fabrics possess better hand,size stability,anti-pilling property and anti-ultraviolet radiation,whose warmth retention,air-permeability and anti-static property can also meet related requirements.The research results in this paper provide new design conception and ideas for development of knitted underwear fabrics and medium and top-class casual knitted goods.
