摘　　要：目的用逆行带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折。方法我院采用肱骨逆行带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折26例,男15例,女11例;年龄19～56岁,平均年龄32岁。结果骨折固定满意,未发生桡神经损伤。结论用逆行带锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折,可有效避免医源性桡神经损伤,值得推广。Objective To observe the effectiveness of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.Methods The humerus retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails were used to treat 26 cases of humeral shaft fractures,including 15 males and 11 females with age ranging from 19 to 56 years（mean 32 years）.Results The fracture was fixed satisfactorily,and no radial nerve injury occurred.Conclusion The use of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails in treatment of humeral shaft fractures can effectively avoid the iatrogenic radial nerve injury,and is worth popularizing.
