摘　　要：目的总结胫骨远端前外侧锁定加压接骨板3.5治疗胫骨远端骨折的手术方法及临床疗效。方法采用胫骨远端前外侧解剖型钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折21例。结果 21例患者获得随访,时间6.0～28.0个月,平均18.0个月,所有患者均达到骨性愈合。踝关节功能根据Mazur等的踝关节症状和功能评价标准优良率85.71%。结论胫骨远端前外侧锁定加压接骨板3.5对于Vlokman’s三角和Chaput骨折块能瞄准固定,解决了以往单一内固定的局限性,有效避免了内侧软组织覆盖少、局部张力高而引起切口闭合困难、裂开等并发症,是解决胫骨远端骨折的一种较为理想的选择。Objective To summarize the operative procedures and the clinical effectiveness of the LCP Antrolateral Distal Tibia Plate 3.5 in patients with distal tibia fracture.Methods Twenty-one patients with distal tibia fracture were treated with the LCP Antrolateral Distal Tibia Plate 3.5.Results All the patients were followed up.The mean follow-up period was 18 months（6-28 months）.All distal tibia fractures eventually achieved solid bony union.Clinical results were excellent with a mean Mazur scoer of 85.71 points.Conclusion LCP Antrolateral Distal Tibia Plate 3.5 can be aimed at fixing fracture block.It solves the previous single fixation limitations,effectively avoids the complications caused by less medial soft tissue coverage and high local tension.
