摘　　要：车床的操作中最常用到的扳手有两副,一副是卡盘扳手,另一副是刀架方头螺钉扳手。两副扳手各有所用,不能够替换,在操作中频繁更换,影响工作效率;同时,有人使用卡盘扳手夹紧工件后可能忘记将其取下,就有可能发生伤人事故,存在严重的安全隐患。针对以上不足,设计出一种新型的安全卡盘扳手,集卡盘扳手和刀架扳手的功能于一身,既减轻了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,又杜绝了安全隐患,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。The most commonly used spanner has two in lathe＇s operation. One is the chuck wrench, another is tool rest square head screw spanner. Each spanner has its own usage, and can not be replaced by other. During operation, they are frequently replaced, so working efficiency is affected. At the same time, some one might use a chuck wrench to tighten a workpiece, and forget to take it down afterwards, so it might cause personal injury and severe safe hidden danger exists. Aiming at the deficiency above, one kind of new multipurpose security spanner was designed, which integrated functions of the two spanners in one - body. The labor intensity is reduced and efficiency is raised by this new spanner. Most importantly, safe hidden danger is ceased. It has great economic and social efficiency.
