摘  要:国家对环境污染问题越来越重视,尤其对火力发电厂的污染物排放要求越来越高,现场必须安装CEMS,实时监测污染物的浓度,系统必须可以实现远程通讯,便于环保中心的工作人员对烟气连续监测系统(CEMS)实行远程监控,了解现场污染物的实际情况。利用Modem接入公用电话网进行远程通讯设计,并使用AT指令集来控制,其性价比高,开发周期短。采用VB的MScomm控件设计软件,通过设置和监视其属性及事件即可实现异步通讯。该通讯方式特点突出,易于实现,适合于很多工业现场设备监控。Environmental pollution in China is more and more emphasized. Particularly for the emissions of the power plant, CEMS must be installed to monitor the pollutant concentrations realtime. The system must be able to realize remote communications, so as to facilitate environmental protection staff of the environmental protection center to monitor the continuous emission monitoring sys- tem (CEMS) by remote monitoring, and understand the actual situation about the pollution on site. The Modem was used for access- ing to the public telephone network in design of remote communication, and the AT command set was used to control, which was costeffective and with short development cycle. Software was designed by MScomm control which was from VB. By setting and monitoring its properties and events, asynchronous communication could be realized. In view of its prominent features and easy to implement, this method should be given priority to monitor many industrial field device.
