摘  要:钻井作业中发生漏、喷或塌时,对治理难度大、耗时长的复杂井可采用泥浆盖帽强钻,通常采用清水作强钻液,这就要求待钻井段地层必须稳定。威201-H3井已钻井段的龙潭组为区域垮塌层,而待钻的龙马溪地层为该区域易塌层,该井钻至1044.24m发生有进无出的恶性井漏、堵漏效果差,同时井漏液面下降造成严重的溢流显示。使用泥浆盖帽并采取吊灌方式保持一定液面高度、平衡漏层上部井段的气层和稳定垮塌层,进入待钻易塌层使用复合盐高分子防塌强钻液快速钻至固井井深,从而实现了安全、快速、低成本的钻井施工,泥浆盖帽强钻技术进一步扩大了使用领域,并探索出了适宜威远地区页岩气井快速处理喷、漏、塌复杂井的工艺,实现页岩气低成本钻井目标。Managed pressure drilling technique with mud-cap which normally takes water as the drilling fluid is usually used to solve challenging drilling job with harsh problems such as lost circulation, blowout and collapse. This requires that the formation to be drilled would be stable. Severe lost circulation has been encountered during the drilling in Well Wei 201-H3 at the depth of 1044.24m. And this severe lost circulation caused the drilling fluid height in annulus dropped down and caused severe overflow show. Because the well section in Longtan group drilled and Long-ma-xi group to be drilled are both collapse formation, the following drilling job would face complex situation such as lost circulation, blowout and collapse problems. In order to make the drilling success under so complex situation, two techniques have been used successfully. The first one is taking the mud-cap and 'hangs mudding off' techniques to keep drilling fluid level, to balance gas formation pore pressure in upper well section and stabilize the prone-to-collapse formation. The second one is using composite-salt macromolecule anti-collapse drilling fluid to drill to the cementing depth. Mud-cap managed pressure drilling technique had the advantages of safe, rapid and low cost, and extended its application scope.
