摘  要:调驱是提高油田采收率的主要增产措施,调驱工艺和调驱液质量是影响调驱效果的两个关键因素。根据扶余油田调驱要求,文章提出一个调驱工艺流程,设计出配套的调驱液配注设备,实现了原料自动添加和连续配液。该工艺和设备在扶西17-19区块得到应用,一年的使用效果证明工艺流程设计正确,调驱液配制质量合格,配注设备工作可靠。Profile control is a main method to enhance oil recovery,process flow and quality of liquid are two key actors which influence on the profile control effect.According to the profile control requirement of Fuyu oilfield,a profile control process flow was put forward,and the matching mixing and injecting device was developed,raw material automatic adding and continuing blending were realized.The process flow and the device have been applied in No.17-19 blocks of Fuxi for one year,the practical effect proved that:the process flow was correct,the quality of profile control liquid and the reliability of the device met the need of field operation.
