摘 要:旋转导向系统是实现井眼轨迹精确控制的核心工具,代表了当前井眼轨迹控制技术的最高水平。在带旋转导向工具的底部钻具组合(RSBHA)中,都带有柔性短节,但至今未发现有关柔性短节对旋转导向工具控制效果影响的文献。文章在建立了带位移工作方式旋转导向工具的底部钻具组合(RSBHA)的三维小挠度力学分析模型的基础上,加入柔性短节的连续条件,采用加权余量法对模型进行了求解。分析了柔性短节位置及长度对RS-BHA侧向力的影响规律,并对RSBHA进行了实例计算分析。静力学结果表明,在不同的RSBHA工作模式下,柔性短节长度和位置对钻头侧向力的影响规律不同,柔性短节材料对钻头侧向力的影响较小,而稳定器间距具有较大影响,国外公司的RSBHA结构已经过优化。Rotary steering drilling system is a key tool to realize accurate control of hole trajectory,which represents the highest level of hole trajectory control technology nowadays.There are always flex subs in the bottom hole assembly with rotary steering tool(RSBHA),but any literatures have not been found about it's affection on the steering ability of the rotary steering tool.The three-dimensional mechanical model of RSBHA under small deflection was established in this paper where the boundary conditions and continuity conditions of the bit,stabilizer,tangency point and the restriction of the hole wall were considered.According to the investigation of the RSBHA structure in foreign literatures,the continuity conditions of flex sub was taken into accounted also.On this basis,the affection of flex sub's position and length on the lateral force of RSBHA was analyzed,and an example was made.The results showed that the influence of flex sub's position and length on lateral force of bit was different under different working mode of RSBHA.The material of flex sub has little influence on steering force of bit,but the distance between stabilizers has major influence.The RSBHA of foreign company has already been optimized.
