摘 要:OLKARI地区地热井地层温度高达350℃,主要采用泡沫钻井,然而其低压和超高温的特点可能造成泡沫流体相态变化,目前没有针对相变条件下泡沫流体抗高温性能的研究。基于超高温地热井泡沫钻井的特殊性,进行了泡沫重复发泡实验、高温失效时间测定实验,实验表明,发泡剂在单个钻井循环周期内具有良好重复发泡性能。若泡沫在循环过程中存在相态变化,也能保持良好重复发泡性能,为超高温地热井泡沫钻井流体的相态分析提供了实验依据。Geothermal well's formation temperature is high up to 350℃ in OLKARI area,the main drilling mode is foam drilling in the area,however,its characteristics of low pressure and high temperature may cause change of the bubble fluid phase state.At present,the anti-high temperature capability of foam fluid wasn't studied at the phase change conditions.According to the particularity of foam drilling in ultra-high temperature geothermal wells,refoaming experiments and measuring experiment of high-temperature failure time were carried out.The experiment results showed that the vesicant had good refoaming performance in a single cycle period of drilling.If phase change of foam existed in the cycle period,the vesicant could also maintain a good refoaming performance,which provided an experimental basis for phase state analysis of foam drilling fluid in ultra-high temperature geothermal wells.
