摘 要:采用交联和扩链组装的方法对不同聚醚及其扩链产物进行改性,并进行破乳评价。以环氧树脂为交联剂,对B61、B61k、B64、B64k四种聚醚进行了交联改性,并用杜里原油进行破乳评价,从而确定最佳的交联改性的聚醚,然后对其进行单因素摩尔比优化实验,找出其与交联剂反应的最佳摩尔比。以己二酸、不同分子量的聚乙二醇为扩链组装改性剂,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对油溶性聚醚B61进行扩链组装改性,并考察了聚醚与不同分子量的聚乙二醇反应时摩尔比对破乳效果的影响,找出了最佳分子量的聚乙二醇及其与聚醚反应的最佳摩尔比,并合成了高效破乳剂。最后对原料及其改性产品进行了红外光谱表征,分析了交联过程和扩链改性过程中产品分子结构的变化。结果表明,交联和扩链改性实验成功,提高了原料聚醚的分子量,并且改善了其亲水亲油平衡值,提高了其破乳性能。The modification for different polyethers and their chain extending products was carried out by chain extending and crosslinking method and the demulsification characteristics were evaluated.The polyethers B61,B61k,B64,B64k were crosslinked by using two kinds of epoxy resin as crosslinker,and the demulsification characteristics were evaluated with Duli crude oil and Malio-Duli crude oil,the optimal modified polyether was obtained.Then,through the single factor optimum experiment,the optimal reaction mol ratio of polyether with crosslinker was obtained.The oil soluble polyether B61 was modified by using hexane diacid and polyethylene glycol with different molecular weight as modifying agent,the toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst.The effect of reaction mol ratio of polyether and polyethylene on the demulsification was studied.Therefore,the polyethylene with optimal formula weight and the optimal mol ratio was obtained.Finally,the polyether and modified product were detected through infrared spectrometry,and the molecular structural transformation of modified product was analyzed during crosslinking and chain extending.The research results showed that after modification,the molecular weight of modified products was increased obviously,and the lypohydrophilic character and demulsifying effect were improved.
