摘  要:介绍了各国常用的热电联产(CHP)系统性能评价指标。我国采用CHP系统综合效率作为评价指标,但综合效率以热力学第一定律为基础,不能完全反映CHP系统的实际性能水平,也没有反映出与热电分产系统的差别。应借鉴国外经验,引入相对一次能耗节约率、相对CO2排放减少率等节能减排指标,修改补充我国CHP系统性能评价指标体系。The performance evaluating index of combined heat and power (CHP) system used in different countries are introduced. The comprehensive efficiency of CHP system is used as the evaluating index in China. However, the comprehensive efficiency based on the first law of thermodynamics can not completely reflect the actual performance of CHP system, and it does not indicate the difference between CHP system and separate heat and power system. The foreign experience should be borrowed and the relative primary energy saving rate and the relative carbon dioxide emission rate should be introduced to modify and supplement the performance evaluating index system of CHP system used in China.
