摘　　要：研究表明芸苔素内酯(BR)对蔓长春花试管苗生根有促进作用。BR使生根高峰提前、单株有效根数增多、生根率提高,IBA对BR有增效作用。The research indicated the promoting function of brassinolide（BR） to in vitro rooting of Vinca minor seedlings in test tube.BR could take rooting in advance to peak,increase the effective root number per plant and rooting rate.IBA could strengthen the function of BR.
