Technology of Regional Pre-pumping Gas in Coal Seam Using Boreholes Along Roadway in Gob-side Entry Retaining

摘  要:《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》要求"区域措施先行,局部措施补充",由于焦作矿区不具备解放层开采条件,地面抽采效果差,只能采取井下区域预抽的区域防突措施,但由于开拓滞后、接替紧张,区域预抽时间严重不足。为了解决采掘和抽采的矛盾,九里山矿在16021工作面试验了高水速凝材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术,从而延长了区段预抽时间,提高了抽采效果,被掩护掘进面16041运输巷掘进过程中采用顺层钻孔预抽煤巷条带区域措施、水力掏槽局部防突技术,加快了掘进进度,降低了效检超指标率,减少了瓦斯超限次数。" Coal and gas outburst prevention and control regulations" requires "executing regional measures in advance,and taking the local measures as the complement". As Jiaozuo Mining Area does not have liberated seam mining conditions,the ground drainage effect is poor,so underground regional pre-pumping were carried out to realize regional outburst prevention. But, because the tunnelling lags and the succeeding is not in time,regional pre-pumping time is seriously insufficient. In order to resolve the contradiction of mining and extraction, gob-side entry retaining technology and roadway-side grouting by high-water rapid-setting material method were carried out on 16021 working face in Jiulishan Mine. The application of these technologies prolonged the time of regional pre-pumping,improved the pumping effect. In the process of haulage gateway driving on shielded 16021 working face,regional pre-pumping coal seam gas with boreholes along roadway in strip area measures, hydraulic slotting local water outburst prevention technology were put into practice, which accelerated the progress ,reduced the over standard rate of effect test, and reduced the times of gas exceeding limits.
