舒芬太尼复合咪达唑仑在下腹部手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察舒芬太尼复合咪达唑仑在下腹部手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法将60例拟行下腹部手术的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。待麻醉平面固定后,于切皮前5min,实验组静注舒芬太尼0.1μg/kg、咪达唑仑0.05mg/kg,对照组静注芬太尼0.1μg/kg、咪达唑仑0.05mg/kg。结果实验组术中镇静满意率为90.0%,肌松满意率为86.7%,牵拉反应程度0～1级的麻醉效果满意率为90.0%,辅助用药后患者SpO2<90%的发生率为6.7%;对照组分别为53.3%、40.0%、46.7%、10.0%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论舒芬太尼复合咪达唑仑用于下腹部手术麻醉,能增强麻醉效果,减轻术中牵拉反应,增加肌松效果,并有一定的镇静作用,且不良反应发生率低。Objective To observe the effect of using of sulfentanyl combined with midazolam in operations on hypogastrium region.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into experimental group（EG） and control group（CG）,30 patents in each group.After anesthetize level fixed,patients in EG are intravenous injected Sulfentanyl 0.1μg/kg and Midazolam 0.05mg/kg,patients in CG are intravenous injected Fentanyl 0.1μg/kg and Midazolam 0.05mg/kg before operation in 5 minutes.Results Sedative satisfaction rate is 100%,skelaxin satisfaction rate is 86.7%,anesthetize effect satisfaction rate in drag reaction of 0～1 degree is 90.0% in EG,occur rate of SpO2 90% after using assistant drugs is 6.7%.The rates are sparately 53.3%、40.0%、46.7%、10.0% in CG.All P0.05.Conclusion Using of sulfentanyl combined with midazolam in operations on hypogastrium region can enhance anesthetize effect,ease drag effect,reinforce skelaxin result with some sedation effect,and adverse reaction rate is lower.
