Truview EVO_2喉镜在经口气管插管的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察TruviewEVO2喉镜在成人气管插管的临床应用。方法选择100例拟在经口气管插管全身麻醉下实施择期手术患者,随机分成TruviewEVO2喉镜组(T组)和Macintosh喉镜组(M组)。记录张口度、甲颏间距、牙齿状况、寰枕关节活动度、颈部活动度、Mallampati舌咽结构分级、气道Cormack&Lehane分级及喉部结构显露分级。记录插管时间、插管者对于插管难度给出评价。记录气管插管时有无口腔牙齿及软组织损伤,拔管后有无声音嘶哑、呼吸困难等并发症。结果 T组更好地显露喉部结构(P<0.05),插管效果的评分更高(P<0.05),插管时间较长(P<0.05)。两组患者牙齿损伤及术后声音嘶哑差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T组患者口咽部出血及软组织损伤明显少于M组(P<0.05)。结论 TruviewEVO2喉镜可用于普通患者或者可预计困难气道患者的气管插管。Objective To observe the Application of orotracheal intubation with Truview EVO2 laryngoscope in the older.Methods 100 patients selected to be in the intubation under general anesthesia for elective surgery patients,Optical laryngoscope group were randomly divided into Truview EVO2（T group） and Macintosh direct laryngoscope group（M group）.The view of the mouth opening,a chin distance,dental status,atlantooccipital of motion,neck movement,Mallampati classification glossopharyngeal structure,airway Cormack Lehane grading and classification of laryngeal structures revealed.The view of Intubation time,intubation who presented for evaluation of difficult intubation.Record whether the teeth,tracheal intubation and soft tissue injury,with or without hoarseness after extubation,complications such as breathing difficulties.Results T group revealed laryngeal structures could be better（P0.05）,higher intubation rate effects（P0.05）,longer intubation time（P0.05）.Dental injury and after the two groups were no significant differences in a hoarse voice（P0.05）.T group optical laryngoscope in patients with bleeding and soft tissue injury was significantly less than the M group（P0.05）.Conclusion Truview EVO2 optical laryngoscope can be used for general patients or can be expected in patients with difficult airway intubation.
