摘　　要：目的探讨有效预防肺癌患者术后肺部并发症的护理措施。方法分析80例肺癌开胸手术病人的临床资料。结果本组患者均能按期进行手术,术后恢复良好;本组8例患者继发轻度肺部感染,经积极治疗后痊愈出院,其余均未发生肺部感染、肺不张、呼吸衰竭等并发症。结论加强肺癌患者围手术期的综合护理管理,可有效预防肺部并发症的发生。Objective To explore the nursing measures for effectively preventingpostoperative pulmonary complications in patients with lung cancer.Methods Clinical data of 80 lung cancer patients who accepted open-chest operation was analyzed.Results All patients were able to schedule surgery and the postoperative recovery was good.Eight patients got secondary mild pulmonary infection and discharged after they were treated actively.Other patients didn＇t occur complicatious such as pulmonary infection,atelectasis and respiratory failure.Conclusion To strengthen the comprehensive perioperative nursing of lung cancer patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of pulmonary complications.
