摘　　要：目的建立测定药品包装材料中玻璃输液瓶砷浸出量的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法。方法样品液直接用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定。结果标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r=0.999 91,方法的检出限为0.032 7 mg/L。RSD为4.71%,回收率为97.02%。结论所用方法简便、快速准确、灵敏度高。Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic leaching amount from glass infusion bottles in drug packaging materials by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry（ICP-AES）.Methods The sample solutions were directly determined by ICP-AES.Results A good linearity was obtained（r=0.999 91）.The detection limit was 0.032 7mg/L.RSD was 4.71%.The recovery rate was 97.02%.Conclusion This method is simple,fast and accurate with high sensitivity.
