高效液相色谱法测定抗骨增生丸中淫羊藿苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立抗骨增生丸中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Diamansil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(29∶71),流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为35℃。结果淫羊藿苷的进样量线性范围为0.061 8～0.309μg,r=1.000 0(n=5),平均回收率为98.09%,RSD=1.11%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、快速、准确,可用于抗骨增生丸的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of Icraiin in Kanggu Zengsheng Pills.Methods The Diamansil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used at the column temperature of 35 ℃.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（29 ∶71）,at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The UV detective wavelength was 270 nm.Results The calibration curve of Icraiin was linear over the range of 0.061 8-0.309 μg,r=1.000 0（n=5）.The average recovery rate was 98.09%,with RSD=1.11%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Kanggu Zengsheng Pills.
