摘　　要：为传承江汉石油管理局地球物理勘探公司科研传统,培养科技新生力量,就必须加强与科技新生力量的沟通,建立互信,培养其科研志趣;鼓励科技新生力量做精做好公司级课题,培养其科研信心;给科技新生力量提供锻炼机会,让其多方面、多层次参加学术交流;还必须加强政策引导,改善科研环境,形成特色科研团队;营造良好的学术氛围,加强科研人才梯队建设。Continuity of the Company＇s scientific research convention and cultivation of new force in science and technology require completing the following tasks： first, strengthening the communication with the new force to build mutual trust and developing their interests in scientific research; second, fostering their faith in scientific research by encouraging them to complete the company--level projects; next, offering them more training opportunities through letting them attend academic exchanges in many ways and different levels; and also strengthening policy guidance, improving conditions of scientific research and forging a team with its own feature; last, constructing a better academic atmosphere and enhancing construction of echelon of researchers
